Someone has written, “If you are too busy to be kind, you are too busy”.
This is true. We need to make sure we take time to be kind to others, even our enemies. According to Dictionary.com, some words that carry the same meaning as kind are “mild,… gentle, tender, compassionate”.
1 Cor. 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Eph. 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.
Col. 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
1 Pet. 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
Being Kind involves:

N ot counting the good we do nor the wrongs done against us – 1 Cor. 13:4f
