It takes a lot of courage to show your dreams to someone else. — Erma Bombeck
Sometimes it is just down right difficult to share the sweetest message man has ever heard with others. The courage to “give an answer for the hope that is in us” is hard to find sometimes. Most everyone is scared of rejection and failure. Well I’ve got some hope for you.
Every time we tell the story of Jesus to others it gets easier, less scary and soon we even come to enjoy sharing the Gospel with the lost.
Let me encourage you to begin today even in a small way. Take time to give a tract to a friend, put one in your bill payment envelope. Take a tract with you to leave with your tip at the restaurant. Let people see your good works. Yes, when you sit down to a meal in public let people see you love God enough to thank Him in prayer. Take a moment to tell others how much God has blessed you.
Soon people will see your devotion to Spiritual matters and want the peace that you have. Eventually, the devil is going to lose out because you will become the Lord’s friend by obeying his command to take the Gospel everywhere, teaching and baptizing those who believe (John 14:15; 15:14; Mt. 28:19-20; Mk 16:15-16).
Remember, “Let the Redeemed of the Lord SAY SO! (Psalm 107:2).
