No person who believes the Bible would deny that there is a definite connection between the blood of Christ and our salvation. His blood was shed for the remission of sins. (Matt. 26: 28). We were redeemed with the pre­cious blood of Christ. (1 Peter 1:18­-19). We have redemption through his blood. (Eph. 1 :7). The blood of God’s Son cleanseth us from all sin. (1 John 1:7).
